An Drawer Magnet is a specialized magnetic separation device used in various industries to capture and remove ferrous contaminants from dry or free-flowing materials as they pass through a housing with multiple magnetic drawers or tubes. These devices are typically installed in gravity or pneumatic pipelines, chutes, or gravity feed hoppers. There are multiple magnetic drawers or tubes arranged in parallel or staggered configuration. These drawers are made of stainless steel and contain strong permanent magnets or electromagnets. Drawer Magnet is essential for ensuring product quality, equipment protection, and compliance with regulatory standards in many industries. 

Power Magnetronics make Drawer Magnet is excellent equipment and product protection equipment for medium and fine ferrous contaminants in dry, free-flowing products under gravity flow. Multiple rows provide maximum contact area for product flow. As product flows in stainless steel housing, it cascades over the staggered rows of magnetic rods. Ferrous contaminants are pulled to the surface of the magnets where they move to the underside of the tube to prevent any wash-off. Drawer magnets should be cleaned periodically for the most efficient performance. To clean the magnetic tubes, release the lock assembly and open the door. Remove the grate assemblies one at a time. Remove the tramp metal by hand. Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the process.

Drawer type permanent magnets are used for the separation of iron particles from dry, granular or free-flowing products or materials. Drawer magnets are made by using stainless steel having (Round or square or rectangular) with magnetic rods mounted on a drawer. All the components are made up of Stainless Steel 304/316 material. The overall construction of the drawer magnet can also be made as per the customer specification and sizes.
