An Grill Magnet is a specialized magnetic separation device used in various industries to capture and remove ferrous contaminants from free-flowing materials, liquids, or products as they pass through a grid or framework of magnetic bars or tubes. The magnetic bars or tubes are typically arranged in a grid pattern to ensure efficient ferrous material separation. These bars or tubes are made of stainless steel and contain powerful permanent magnets or electromagnets. Grill Magnet is arranged in a grid pattern to create multiple points of contact with the material flow. 

Grill magnet is made up of magnetic elements which are fitted inside a frame. The magnetic elements are made up of hard ferrite magnets or High-intensity rare earth magnets. All the components are made up of Stainless Steel 304/316 material. Permanent Magnetic Grills are used for separation of iron particles mixed with dry, granular, or free-flowing material. Grill magnet is made by using stainless steel frames (Round, Square or Rectangular) with magnetic rods inside the frame. Grill magnet is efficiently utilized if contamination is within 1% to 1.5% by weight. For higher levels of contamination, drawer magnet should be used. We can manufacture magnetic grill into three power variant namely:

• Low-Intensity grill magnet having gauss value of approximately 2,500 Gauss and is ideal for trapping contamination such as Nuts, Bolts, Screws, broken washers, etc. this grill is designed to attract larger iron pieces from a comparatively larger distance.
• Medium-Intensity grill magnet having gauss value of approximately 5,500 gauss and is used where the contamination is in particle form, whether there may or may not be a continuous flow of material to be separated. The contamination size may be as low as 150 microns but not lower than that. The material should be free-flowing and nonsticky.
• High-Intensity grill magnet having gauss value of approximately 10,000 gauss and is installed at locations where the separation of contamination particles as small as 1 micron is required. These grills have been designed to attract super fine particles from the material.

Our specially designed grill magnet can improve the efficiency of equipment and intensity of labor can be decreased. It is simply placed in or below hoppers, in closed chutes, floor openings, catch bins, and other locations. Open Magnetic grill is available in round, square, and rectangular shapes to fit your equipment. These grids surrounded totally in stainless steel for accurate handling are often used in hoppers in multiple industries. We can offer circular or rectangular shaped grill magnet. The overall construction of the Magnetic Grill can also be made as per the customer's specifications and sizes. Customized sizes, shapes, and designs can also be manufactured.
